Their adhesive properties can be adjusted according to the adhesive formulation, encompassing high initial tack, holding tack, and removable types to meet different needs such as one-time sealing, repeated opening, or temporary positioning. For example, in pharmaceutical bottle caps, food can liners, and cosmetic bottle openings, pressure-sensitive liners effectively prevent air and moisture intrusion, extending shelf life and reducing the risk of contamination.

In terms of protective performance, pressure-sensitive liners often achieve a certain℃of elasticity and cushioning capacity through composite or foamed structural designs, absorbing minor impacts and vibrations during transportation and reducing seal failure or damage caused by uneven force on the container opening. Pressure-sensitive liners also offer excellent dimensional and shape flexibility, allowing for custom cutting to fit bottle necks, can openings, or specific contours, ensuring a perfect fit and preventing leaks or loosening due to gaps. Their surface can also be printed with logos or treated with anti-counterfeiting measures, supporting brand protection and traceability management.

With the advancement of green packaging concepts, pressure-sensitive liners are increasingly choosing materials with low migration, non-toxicity, and recyclable or biodegradable options to comply with international food contact material and environmental regulations, creating favorable conditions for entering high-standard markets. Overall, pressure-sensitive liners, with their convenient installation, reliable sealing, flexible adaptability, and diverse functions, have become an indispensable and practical component of modern packaging, continuously contributing to enhancing the quality image and competitiveness of products in international trade.
